Tuesday 30th June 2020
4.30pm - 6.00pm

The impact of COVID-19 on individuals, families and communities has been significant and will continue to be for some time.

Belfast City Council has been working closely throughout with a range of community/voluntary partners in the crisis response.   As we move through the NI Executive’s phased plan for recovery,  we want to engage further on the challenges and lessons learned, as well as the priorities as we work together to rebuild and recover.

We are inviting anyone with an interest in the rebuilding and recovery of our communities to a Webinar event at 4.30pm Tuesday 30th June.

The webinar will include a panel discussion with the Council’s Party Group Leaders (or nominated party representative) and the Strategic Director of City and Neighbourhood Services, and will be facilitated by John Mulgrew (Ulster Business Editor).

We will be discussing key issues facing communities and neighbourhoods and setting out our emerging thoughts.  This is based on engagement with community and voluntary sector partners to date and learning from the Covid-19 response, as to how Council can continue to work in partnership with communities during and beyond the recovery period.
